*make sure your computers have the Schoolnet Secure Tester v1.0.0.0 SW2011-0255 BEFORE January 9 (start of testing window)
STaR Chart Reminders w/ Joyce
Updated Laptop Policy w/ Joyce
*laptops CAN be left docked using cable lock
*WOL for laptops is being discussed as a possibility for the future
*Joyce will be sending more info as far as recommendations for logging off/shutting down, etc. and what is best for getting updates...coming in January 2012

*Scenario - "Can we upload a school performance, etc. to Youtube?" There isn't much NISD can do to monitor what goes up on YouTube, HOWEVER it should be known that this is not good practice to use this tool (because of possible comments, etc.)...SchoolTube is the recommended tool, if you are needing to house a video outside of your campus server
