If you have staff members in need of getting a NISD badge (new campus, replacement, etc.), they can do this by going to the Human Resources building off of Grissom Rd between the hours of 8:00-5:00 (except 11:30-1:30).
For those who are transferring from another campus, my new ECT indicated that she needed to surrender her pervious campus' badge...otherwise she had to pay a $10 replacement fee.
FWIW, you probably won't have to take a new picture if you don't want to - my wife and I both kept our old ones because they still had them on file. We did bring our old badges with us, so that's a good thing to know before showing up at HR.
What do we do with the badges from staff who did not come back but who left their badge with the campus office in June? Is there a procedure for disposal of the badges?
I would pony the badge to them at their new school. Based off the other comments, you have to turn in your old one to avoid paying a fee so I think they would really appreciate that. That's not official procedure, just Noemi. I don't think there would be anything wrong with that.
