How are they working? Not, don't feel I get enough quality work done.
What would you change? Dedicated day at least 1 time a month (prefer once a week) where CITs can gather together for team planning - sharing/creating projects - updating webpages - etc.
Why does your schedule work? I have very competent ECTs that are my right and left hands.

I think schedules work really fine for the classroom teachers. My problem is that I am only at each campus every other week and therefore, only see half of the teachers. Because of this, the teachers at a grade level do not want to take on elaborate projects, because they know that half of them will be flying solo. Both campuses have a "whole team: or nothing mentality.
How are they working? As good as it can. It's so hard to connect to the teachers/kids. I feel like I'm just plugging into them when they show up in the lab. At my 2nd school, I often have to go to the library to document kid-contact time. Yikes! It's just a big challenge to get them into the lab. My 1st school uses it all the time. Yay!
What would you change? Hmmm.... full-time at home campus again? :)
Why does your schedule work? Because my phone alerts me daily where to go. I've only gone on auto-pilot twice & shown up at my home campus by habit. :)

How are they working? It is hard flopping back and forth on Fridays. We don't feel we get to work with teachers enough either in the lab or with planning. Working on Big projects is hard because by the time you get back to one campus they have moved on to another part of the curriculum.

How are they working? Pretty good. I have one week Monday, Thursday, Friday, the next week Tuesday and Thursday. It flip flops every week.

In talking to several people at my table, we are all doing something different. Christi swears by one whole week at each campus. She is teaching all the TIP lessons at both campuses. She uses the same lessons at both campuses.
The rest of us have different schedules. Priscilla does odd/even days; I do Tue/Thur and Wed/Fri with alternating Mondays.
Ellen does Mon/Tues at one campus Wed/Thur and alternating Fridays. We (Priscilla, Ellen, and I) are OK with our schedules, but are open to making changes next year.
I do M/T and one campus and W/Th at the other and then every other Friday. It works okay. But there are many times when I can't get things done in 2 days and have to decide to leave it over the weekend or ask the principal if I can leave early to go finish up at the other school. And I miss every faculty meeting at one campus every time. So I miss out on a lot of school info.
I am glad we are allowed to figure out what works for us. I do M/T and one campus and W/Th at the other and then every other Friday. It has it's advantages and disadvantages but at least I feel like it is the best for me. I would go crazy with every other week or every other day.
