  4. I think I know the answer to this question, but I will ask it anyway. Can we get the update on GX260s? We have several of them in classrooms that students use, but I am finding that more and more applications will not work without a newer version of Flash.

  5. OK, I guess it's not my day - or maybe it's just a Monday. But the test for the flash version won't work on my computer without a download. When I did a search, all I could find was Vs. 6
I'm hoping that's not right. I can't be that much out of date. The student computers have Vs 10 so the update must have happened when I was in Austin.

  6. Judy, any computer out of life cycle would not be able to be updated...since it would need a work order to complete the job. Sorry :(

  7. Bertie, I'm not sure when they did it, but it was way before Austin...I'm not sure what caused the hit and miss situations.

  8. So far all of the computers I have checked are version 9.

  9. Mary, I'm DEFINITELY passing this along...don't worry. The feedback has been overwhelmingly so that the update didn't happen "successfully." Put in a work order for now...but I will also be passing along the big picture.
